IT Strategy and transformation

Today's IT strategies perform on many levels. They drive architecture decisions, define program requirements, and help in establishing development priorities, among many others. These pervasive strategies not only guide new and emerging programs, but they also provide a framework for governing IT investments and maximizing IT outcomes across the organizations. We believe many of today's struggling IT programs falter not because of lack of effort, but because of absence of strategy.
